DELIVERY TIMING

The preparation of your merchandise will begin within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation for the order, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Italy Time Zone. Orders are processed & shipped within 30 business days of being placed on our website, unless otherwise noted. For urgent orders, please contact us at customercare@milor.it.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, the average delivery time is as follows:

Europe: 1-3 business days

USA: 3-5 business days Mexico & Canada: 5-10 business days

CANADA: we ship with DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so customers are informed that the shipping cost does NOT cover these duties.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that the seller fulfills their delivery obligation when the goods have been delivered to the designated location in the importing country. The seller bears the risks and costs associated with transport to that location, with the exception of duties, taxes, and other official levies payable upon import, and excluding the costs of fulfilling customs formalities.

International: 3-10 business days

Customs, Duties, Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, the recipient may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the final destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information on rules & regulations.

COURIER

Bronzallure Milano works with two carriers, DHL and UPS, to ship orders to customers. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website for both national and international orders. Depending on your country, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Please be aware that, as per rules and regulations, we are required to provide minimal information regarding the shipment and product details to customs authorities, which may include opening the package for inspection by customs officials.
